Yes, it’s that time of year again. Before we sign off for the Christmas break, we’d like to say a huge thanks for your business and support. It’s been great to see so many of you doing good things and enjoying wins over the past 12 months.
We’ve experienced another busy year, increasingly working with many of you to deliver special advisory, from succession planning to mergers and acquisitions – something we get great satisfaction doing.
Behind the scenes, we’ve had a few focus areas this year, pushed forward by our directors’ retreat in Mooloolaba in July. These include using AI to boost efficiency, investing in staff training, and developing our marketing and brand. Look out for our new website landing early next year!
We’ve also been championing and celebrating the 1%s. The small actions, thoughtful decisions, and everyday efforts that, together, make a big impact.
As always, it’s teamwork that made the dreamwork. We’d like to acknowledge the consistent effort and input of our employees. Without them, we couldn’t deliver what we do for you.
Talking of the team, we’ve grown again this year, welcoming some great people on board! Meanwhile, existing staff have celebrated 5, 10 and 20-year anniversaries, as well as fantastic university and CA achievements.
We’ve also enjoyed plenty of fun and thought-provoking team socials – from lawn bowls and a mental health talk from Craig Hamilton to a progressive lunch and movie trivia.
You might have spotted us at HBWN, Business Hunter or Hunter Nexus events at some point – or on socials getting behind Ronald McDonald House ‘Meals from the Heart,’ Sleapy’s Foundation’s ‘Sleap Walk’ (one close to my heart), Got Ya Back Sista and others.
We look forward to taking part in a wide range of community events again next year – and to getting back into business. But for now, we’ll sign off by wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
