Like you, we have been closely following the events of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic as it continues to disrupt health systems, economies and financial markets across the globe.

At Maxim we are in the process of rolling out aspects of our Business Continuity Plan, to ensure that we can continue to provide you with ongoing support and advice, and be there to guide you and your business through these tough times.

We have and will always prioritise the safety of our team, our clients and our network contacts. Below are some of the measures we have put in place to minimise risk.

The measures include:-

  • Remote Working Arrangements – commencing this week, we have provided the option where possible, for our team members to work from home. Our IT systems and business processes are designed to ensure that we can continue to deliver the highest level of support and service to you. Our phone and email systems will continue to operate just as they normally would, and we encourage you to contact us at any time if you have any concerns or questions at all about Covid-19 and the impact on your business.
  • Social Distancing – in line with Department of Health guidelines, we are reducing the amount of face to face meetings where possible. We will encourage the use of tele conferencing and video conferencing (such as Skype, Zoom and Facetime) to communicate with you, and we will provide assistance in the setup and use of these applications to you.
  • Health and Hygiene practices – the team have been rigidly following appropriate health and hygiene practices include hand and workplace cleaning and sanitization.
  • Restricting travel – the team has cancelled all non-essential travel.

We want to assure you that Maxim is well prepared to continue to provide valuable and time critical advice and resources to you and we encourage you to follow our other communication channels (Facebook, Twitter, Linked In) for regular updates.

Below are some key links to Australian resources for more information that may assist your current business decisions, but if you have any concerns or are seeking advice about what other businesses are currently doing, please call us directly.
