Maxim news! Dan, Chris and Tyler step up as principals

We’re pleased to announce that three of our long-standing and highly respected senior advisors and managers – Dan Sullivan, Chris Henshaw and Tyler Cannon – have become principals, each taking an equity stake in the business.

Having progressed through our internal professional development framework, RISE, Dan, Chris and Tyler will join our current directors – Chris Sneddon, Steve Roxby, Kellie Wright, Scott Brooks, Warwick Turnbull, Damien Cameron and Cassandra Sharp – in steering our growth and future direction.

This news reflects what we value most as a firm: genuinely investing in our people, their growth, their careers and their future with us.

Tyler Cannon – Client Manager to Principal

Tyler has been in accounting for around 20 years, with the last 10 spent with us – progressing from senior accountant to client manager and becoming a key part of the business.

In his role, Tyler delivers timely advice, fosters strong relationships and keeps everyone on track. We value his tax and compliance expertise, his commitment to his work, and his friendly, easy-going manner.

We’re excited to recognise the contributions Dan, Chris and Tyler have made to Maxim over the years. They’re true team players and leaders who live our values and make a meaningful impact for both our team and our clients.

Bringing them on as principals won’t change how they work with you day to day. But behind the scenes, they’ll be stepping up to help drive our continued growth and success.
